•The unit is intended for any Precision Total Home Employee who plays a role in customer service. This includes but is not limited to the General Contractors, The General Managers, The Office Managers, The Receptionists, The Sale Associates, and The Constructions Process Coordinators (CPCs).
•There is no prerequisite information required for this course.
•It should take the learner approximately 20 minutes to move through the lesson and practice questions.
